01 GOALS
In this phase, we work together to define the goals and expectations of the collaboration, while you set the parameters for MedtecBerater.
02 THE PLANNING PHASE
This phase lays the foundation for the planning, management and monitoring of the cooperation. We work as partners in establishing our approach, specifying both the timeline and the resources.
03 IMPLEMENTATION
The projects are carried out as agreed during this phase. The cooperation results are monitored and communicated transparently in business updates to ensure they are on target. At the same time, we welcome honest feedback and are agile when it comes to implementing the lessons thereby learned.
04 EVALUATION
On completion, we take the time to sit down with you and review the project. Our main priority is evaluating whether the goals and expectations set in Phase 1 have been met. This is also an ideal opportunity to discuss any follow-up projects.
